This class welcomes individuals of all experience levels, however to get full benefits, it is preferable to attend Meditation Fundamentals too.

In the posture of Shavasana (Corpse Pose), relax your body and shift focus from the external to the internal realm. This transition allows the Self to heal and ultimately reach its most natural form as the concepts of time, space and reason fade away.

YOGA NIDRA

What distinguishes the advanced level?

In the advanced course, the principle of Yoga Nidra will not be elaborated. The course will proceed directly to its practice, which lasts for about 45 minutes.
